What we collect
- Form answers for the Medicare Optimization Check (e.g., ZIP, age range, usage patterns).
- Optional email address if you choose to enter it on the results page.
- Basic technical details logged by the hosting provider (IP address, user agent, referrer) as part of normal web server operation.
How it is used
- To generate your on-screen Medicare result.
- To see, in aggregate, which findings are most common (overpaying, drug mismatch, etc.).
- To contact you only if you have explicitly provided your email and asked to receive your result.
What we do not do
- No selling or renting of your information.
- No sharing with ad networks.
- No tracking pixels or remarketing tags.
- No personalized advertising based on your answers.
Cookies and tracking
This site is designed to work without cookies or third-party analytics. Any basic logs are handled by the hosting provider for security and performance.
Data retention and deletion
Form submissions are stored in the hosting provider’s secure dashboard. If you would like your information removed, you can request deletion at any time using the contact details on the Contact page.
